Great review Andy! And although everyone knows I'm a reverse size queen when it comes to phones so I'll likely never buy the N93, I'm still curious: how fast is it in starting the camera or video app and capturing the photo/vid? My biggest complaint about camera phones is the lag to open the app, take the shot, and save. The reviews of the new k800 say SE hasn't improved upon this with 6-7 sec shots. Apparently this is average for phones compared to 1-2 sec for digital cameras.

Nice review on the N93; very well thought out and extremely practical. I actually found it while googling some information comparing the N93 to the Samsung SCH-a990 (which I'l l be writing my own review of at my site) even though I'm a regular visitor. I also like the way you mark pros and cons in your text, very clever use of color. I've only ever seen it here.

Hi,

Nice to hear your thoughts on this. Love the phone, hat the name. Why on earth give a product such a clumsy name – Nokia N93 Multimedia Computer – just sounds crazy to me! You're very lucky to have reviewed one. I can't get my hands on the damn thing anywhere! Well, I guess living in Cape Town at the bottom of the world has its cons! :-)

Ciao

Wow - very nice review - thanks for talking about the practical stuff.

Honestly, I don't mind a larger size at all, if they made the display a higher resolution. I'm really wondering why companies aren't doing that.

Also wondering, with all the processing it can do, is naviation and loading different apps pretty zippy still?
