Robyn here in North America! Montreal, baby.

My new favorite force in pop music - Robyn - is coming to North America, on a bit of a tour. I only say “a bit”, because she’s much bigger overseas that she is here. I’m a HUGE fan… Christ, I put FOUR mixes of her songs in my last house mix. But I’m confident, that if you’ve heard her album, you’ll see how she’s showing up the freshness that the Madonna/Britneys/Janets just don’t seem to be givin’ up as easy as they used to.
And while her concert in Montreal late at night on Sunday, May 4th - isn’t so ideal, I’m gonna find me a way to make it work - even if I wake up early and drive back before work on Monday. So if you see me there, say howdy.

She’s playing Neumo’s in Seattle on the 14th. Should be a blast. I actually had a copy of the album for ages but never listened to it until you posted one of her videos. Thanks for opening my Ears.
I *was* scheduled to be in Seattle this month, so I had planned to see if I could stay to catch the show there. Would have been fun to go with some old friends.
I guess you are back from Paris. What did you do over there? I was hoping you would upload your Paris pics.
Surprisingly, she is really popular in Mexico. Lots of friends and family knew who she was when I went down for a visit not too long ago.
I also have a couple of friends going to her show here in Seattle next month.
Seems like she is starting to get really big. For good reason.

She has postponed Seattle (and Portland) until August to appear on the View, so it’s a good thing you didn’t go out of your way to be here.
If you think Robyn is good. Check out Lykke Li…. There are no words. I saw her in concert at Bowery Ballroom the other night and she was perfection. Robyn has a habit of showing up to her shows and performing with her. The Swedes sure know their music.
