Zelda for the Wii, and Wheee for Zelda
I’m excited to get a Wii. Every time I see footage of the new Zelda, I pii a little bit.
After my whole dissatisfaction with the xbox 360 lacking titles with truly enjoyable gameplay, good ol’ Nintendo comes to save the day with just about the best launch title imaginable. Sure, the PS3 powerhouse will have this game beaten graphics-wise with every one of its launch titles… but I guarantee you, none of them will offer a fun, memorable gameplay experience like a Zelda title.
It’s less cartoony than the previous cell-shaded title, but still cartoony enough to feel like a Zelda game. But unlike most fans, I love that they didn’t opt for audio voices for characters in this game.. they stay as text only.. still. No other Zelda games use voice, and I think that bad voice acting more often ruins games than enhance them. ‘Sides… it makes you feel more intimately involved in the story - too many xbox games (and some titles sleeping all systems) feel too much like just watching and listening to a movie. I bet my bro would disagree, but that’s my two cents.

Yes - and the only thing that I have to keep me going until my wii gets here in a week and a half is Gears of War. Man - its too bad you gave up your 360. This is a pretty amazing game and the ability to go thru missions in co-op mode is so way cool. You know that MS will probably be the only guys who will do co-op. The latest streaming of movies from my home server to the 360 is also the other cool new feature.
Dear Sweet Mother of God!!
Must… have… Wii…
Andrew if you haven’t seen the following clip where they unbox the Wii, you have never seen.

The double slide is sleak.
Been playing this game non-stop for the past two days. It was well worth the wait!!
Zelda is great and all but for sheer bunny-based insanity you can’t overlook Rayman.
